Michelle O'Quinn, LCSW-S is the Founder and Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor of Urban Sky Counseling, a culturally responsive mental health practice specializing in perinatal mental health, trauma-informed care, and emotional wellness.

Drawing from both her professional expertise and personal healing journey, Michelle is passionate about helping Black women, expecting and new mothers, and families navigate anxiety, depression, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, and OCD. She creates a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal with confidence.
